It's November in Southwest Florida and with that comes the things we look forward to.  The weather is near perfect, low 80's during the day and low 60's at night.  The rainy season and the humidity are gone.

The roads are starting to fill with out of state cars, normally something we do not get overly excited about.  This year, it is a wonderful sight.  It proves to us that no matter what our country is going through, people are still coming to Florida.  Their reasons may not be the same but the main one is escape.  Escape from the northern winters, escape financial stress, escape family problems or just escape to the beautiful beaches of Venice.  Escape to sunny days of golf, tennis, fishing or doing nothing but relaxing.

Our rental homes are booking up fast, if not already booked, for the season.  Positive signs that our market is in demand-no matter what!!!
