Our New Blog

We at Venice Hometown Realty want to wish all of our friends and customers a Happy Holiday and Prosperous New Year!  It has been a very busy and exciting  year for all of us here.  Just getting our doors open to the public and remodeling our beautiful office was quite a task.  I am happy to say it's done!

Some thought we were crazy to open a real estate office in these troubled times but it has proven to be a great time.  With so many of the bigger companies going out of business and customer service virtually nonexistent, we have stepped in to take up the slack.  We are going strong and plan on an even better year to come.

There were many sales this year despite the gloomy media reports.  These are a few of the Venice Island year to date stats:

Single Family Homes Sold: 92 selling price $200,000 - $2,300,000

Condo, Co-Op & Manufactured Sold:  86 selling price $77,000 - $1,575,000

Single Family Homes Currently for Sale: 98 priced from $129,900 - $4,200,000

Condo, Co-Op & Manufactured Currently for Sale:   193 priced from $74,000 - $1,750,000

In All of Venice a total of 858 Single Family Homes Sold this year, selling prices $41,235 - $2,300,000

252 Condo, Co-Op & Manufactured Homes Sold, selling prices $46,000 - $1,575,000.

There are currently 544 Condo, Co-Op & Manufactured Homes for sale in the Venice area priced from $49,900 - $1,750,000 and 970 Single Family Homes for sale priced from $19,900 -$13,500,000.
